THE LEGACY

The Battalion left a small legacy in the press of the day, but it was in the private albums of those who served, that the real images of the Battalion's campaign have survived.

 

Below are just a tiny proportion the images used in the book, and a couple that sadly never made it to print. They show the many aspects of a Battalion, dedicated to the task it was required to perform
